Chef's Table ~
One of the most requested menu items has been our 5-7 Course Chef's Table. "This was not meant to be a thing, said Executive Chef Howard Medley. It was just something that I created to help introduce the restaurant to new guest who couldn't decide what they wanted to try first. So I decided to cook a few dishes and let them try them all. And since I had to create these dishes on the spot, I had to use what I happened to have in the refrigerator at that moment."
Now, one year later, Chef Medley's "Tour of the Bayou" has become the most talked about and requested menu items ever! Each Chef's Table event is 5-7 mini courses that will take you on a tour of seafood, traditional and southern cuisine with a touch of the Bayou! Each event is paired with amazing wine pairing recommendations and brief history of the selected dish.
Each seasonal menu features amazing regional spices and only the freshest vegetables, seafood and meats available! Advanced reservations for this amazing dinner are a must and seating is very limited.

Please be advised that our menu changes daily. Most items are dairy and gluten-free. We are unable to accommodate every allergy. With advanced notice we may be able to substitute a shellfish allergy however we can NOT substitute a shellfish aroma/fumes. We can not substitute We also can NOT accommodate every Vegan or vegetarian diet.
